The Passerinvest Group development company has completed the shell construction on the mixed-use Hila building in the Brumlovka district of Prague. It is the first project here to combine offices, residential units, retail space and services.

The building will combine modern offices, retail space, and rental housing. Construction of the administrative section and units for shops and services has been completed, including the complete glass cladding of the ground floor.
